It’s safe to assume that emotions will run high in a positive way this weekend at Citizens Bank Park.

Cole Hamels’ induction into the Wall of Fame is undoubtedly the main attraction of the three-game series.

The Phils are also in top form, and so is the weather, which is important for betting on the weekend series as balls could fly out of the CBP, especially when the pitchers for Arizona are on the rubber.

The Phillies are deservedly the favorite to win the series at -180 on DraftKings, but that number is likely higher when you look at Arizona State’s pitchers.

Jordan Montgomery, one of the coveted free agents this offseason, has not pitched well at all, which is a good example of how the DBacks’ season has gone overall. It was super disappointing after they won the NL championship last season.

Montgomery comes into the CBP with a 6.00 ERA and right-handers have a .328 batting average with seven home runs against him.

Hey, Trea Turner, Alec Bohm and Nick Castellanos, props for Friday night.

Sure, June belongs to Kyle Schwarber, but Montgomery hasn’t allowed a left-handed hitter a home run all season.

If you’re playing strictly the splits on Friday, Turner, Bohm and Castellanos should be your targets. A three-hit parlay will put you in plus money. All of them are over +400 to go yard. The wind is blowing from right center for Friday’s game.

Taijuan Walker has also allowed frequent home runs this season, but has been more stable on the mound in his last three starts. He has pitched at least five innings in all of his appearances in June, and in his last appearance he limited the Baltimore Orioles to three earned runs.

The pitcher duels become increasingly favorable for the Phillies as the series progresses. Zack Wheeler and Christopher Sanchez face Tommy Henry and Slade Cecconi.

Wheeler and Sanchez both have a home ERA of under 2.00. Henry and Cecconi are young talents who have not achieved as much as they could in the major leagues.

Henry and Cecconi both have an ERA above 5.50. Henry allowed five earned runs and two home runs in his last appearance against the Chicago White Sox. Cecconi has allowed at least five hits in six of his last eight starts and recently allowed seven runs on 10 hits at the Los Angeles Angels.

So, yes, this weekend could be a little unbalanced on the bench and we could see a large number of Phillies batters hit a home run.

The -180 series price seems to be a hammer lock of the century considering how everything is shaping up for the Fightins.
