Bayern Munich midfielder Aleksandar Pavlović is satisfied with his club’s individual season, but wanted trophies

Bayern Munich midfielder Aleksandar Pavlović has had numerous successes this season.

In addition to his first-team debut, his first start, his first goal and his first call-up to the German national team, the young player also experienced his first major disappointment at senior national team level – he missed out on winning a title.

“It is of course very bitter that we did not win a title. But for me personally, despite everything, it was a year in which I got a lot of playing time and was able to show what I can do,” Pavlović told Säbener51 (recorded by @iMiaSanMia).

Pavlović took a second to remember his first start and his feelings at that time.

“It was 0-0 at halftime. At that point I was pretty sure that this wasn’t going to be my debut. Then I saw the score getting higher and higher. I was hoping: please, please, please, just get me in. Standing there and then coming in, that feeling is hard to put into words. I’ve been a Bayern fan all my life, I’ve played for this club all my life,” said Pavlović about his debut against SV Darmstadt 98.
