JM DeMatteis returns to the “DeMultiverse” with five new releases

In 2022, legendary comic book writer JM DeMatteis launched a new comic book series through Spellbound Comics titled “The DeMultiverse,” as all four titles were written and co-created by the longtime comic book writer. Now, after the series had a successful crowdfunding, DeMatteis is back with a new crowdfunding project for the SECOND issues of the DeMultiverse, plus a brand new title in addition to the four original series returning with their second issues.

DeMatteis told CBR of the project (which reached its original funding goal more than three weeks before launch): “It was exciting when we launched the first round of DeMultiverse titles, but I knew then that these were essentially pilot issues and you can just convey so much of a new universe in an introductory story. With these second issues, we’re building on those foundations and the scope of the stories, the immensity of the worlds, is really starting to come into view.”
