Mideon explains why he still loves Vince McMahon

– In a recent interview with The False Finish, former WWE Superstar Mideon, aka Dennis Knight, talked about former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon and why he still loves McMahon. Here are some highlights (via WrestlingInc.com):

Mideon about Vince McMahon: “I’ll be 100% honest with you — (Vince was) one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life. He was so nice to me. I would call him, like on my days off, I’d call him at his house and he’d answer and talk to me. I’d say, ‘Hey, what are we doing?’ He’d say, ‘Yeah, that’s great.’ But, you know, (he was) working, working, working 24/7. But he’d go out with us and have drinks and he’d party with us and he was, you know, he was the boss, but he liked to, you know, settle down to, you know, hang out with the common people.”

Why he still loves McMahon: “And now, in light of everything that’s happened, I understand… I still love Vince, he’s still one of my favorite people, but sometimes things happen that you don’t know about. I can only treat people the way they treat me. I can only, you know, allow my feelings to dictate the way I was exposed to them and the way they presented themselves to me.”

Vince McMahon resigned from his position as CEO of WWE’s parent company TKO earlier this year following allegations of sexual misconduct by a former WWE employee. Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against McMahon, the WWE and former executive John Laurinaitis in January, alleging sex trafficking, emotional and physical abuse, sexual harassment and more.
