Odell Beckham Jr. shows some brotherly love.

Odell, 31, took to social media to cheer on his younger brother. Cordell22, currently candidate at Love Island USAvia a series of Instagram stories posted on Friday, July 12.

Next to a snapshot from the show in which Kordell gets a kiss on the cheek from a fellow competitor Serena PageOdell urged his followers to “vote” with the message. He also directed his fans to a link in his bio and urged them to support the budding romance between Kordell and Serena.

This public show of support follows a pivotal episode in which viewers were tasked with voting for their favorite couples in the villa. Kordell and Serena initially dated at the beginning of the season, but faced challenges when Kordell briefly partnered with another contestant. Daia McGheeafter the return of Casa Amor. Despite these twists and turns, Kordell and Serena reunited at a later reunion, leading to Daia’s departure.

Before she was kicked out of the villa, Daia’s social media activities were a hot topic both on screen and in her private life.

During the July 8 episode of the popular Peacock show, the cast members were faced with social media comments from outside viewers. Daia, in particular, garnered attention for alleged interactions with Odell on social media before pursuing Kordell on the show.

“I can’t stand Daia, especially after reading these tweets about her butting into Odell Beckham Jr.’s comments,” reads one post read by a cast member. Leah Katebexplained. “She came to the mansion with a plan and Kordell’s stupid ass fell for it and threw away all the morals he supposedly had before entering the house.”

When Leah read the message from an unknown viewer, Daia was visibly upset and denied the allegations. Later in the confessional, Daia stood firm on her stance, claiming that her feelings for Kordell upon arriving at Casa Amor were genuine and independent of his family ties.

“I really care about Kordell,” she said. “My intentions were always for him, not anything to do with his brother. I just think that’s crazy.”

For her part, Serena clarified her position amid the drama and protested her innocence regarding any involvement with the footballer’s social media. “I’m damn sure I wasn’t in his comments,” she reiterated.

Keen-eyed fans turned to sleuthing and scoured social media for clues. One TikTok user claimed to have found evidence: Daia allegedly left two smiley face emojis with heart eyes on an Instagram post by Odell. However, other users were skeptical, saying the screenshot had been manipulated and citing a blurry heart in the corner as evidence.
