Travis Kelce clearly has a girlfriend Taylor Swift in his thoughts mid-teetime at the 35th annual American Century Championship in Lake Tahoe, California.

When teeing off on Saturday, July 13, Kelce, 34, didn’t perform as well as he had hoped. “Oh no,” he joked, before a heckler reminded him what was important.

“You still have Taylor,” the golf fan shouted, according to social media footage.

On the way back to his caddy, Kelce turned around and pointed at the man. “You’re not lying,” the NFL tight end replied. “Thanks for that.”

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are the only ones everyone is talking about. Swift and Kelce were first linked in July 2023, when the Kansas City Chiefs tight end said he tried to ask Swift out after she took part in her Eras Tour. “I was a little pissed that I couldn’t give her one of the bracelets that I (…)

Kelce has been dating 34-year-old Swift since the summer of 2023. They went public in September of this year and are now in a long-distance relationship. On Saturday, Swift headlined her first of two Epoch Tour Concerts in Milan.

The pop star, however, continues to support Kelce. On Friday, the Kansas City Chiefs’ official Instagram page celebrated Kelce topping ESPN’s list of tight ends in the league.

“Travis Kelce, the Big Yeti himself, has been rated as the best tight end in the NFL by ex-boyfriends, coaches, scouts and players,” the social media post said. “You could even say he knows how to play.”

Swift, who liked the Instagram post, sings the same line on her The “Tortured Poets” section Song “So High School”.

“You know how to play, I know Aristotle,” she sings in the song. “Brand new, full throttle / Touch me while your buddies play Grand Theft Auto.”

“So High School,” which Kelce previously confirmed has a “sentimental” meaning, is said to be about how their romance recaptured their youth. The song is also featured on Swift’s Epoch Tour setlist, which sees her performing in a bleacher under stadium-style LED lights. The choreography also includes Swift’s backup dancers, who appear to mimic the Grammy winner’s facial expressions at Kelce’s Chiefs games during the 2023-2024 NFL season.

Kelce attended many of Swift’s concerts and skillfully performed the choreography from his seat in the VIP area.

“Taylor’s shows are incredible,” Kelce said exclusively We weekly at the concerts in May. “Anyone who hasn’t been there yet should definitely go.”

Although Kelce isn’t in Milan to attend Swift’s performances in Italy, he still performed during the weekend’s golf tournament. On Friday, July 12, he was spotted grooving to Swift’s “Lavender Haze” while teeing off.

The day before, he had participated in the event’s karaoke contest, singing Whitesnake’s “Here I Go Again.” When it was announced that Kelce had won, he gave a special shout-out to his girlfriend.

“Taylor, this is for you,” Kelce joked, pretending to cry. “I love you guys.”
