Simon Guobadia threatens legal action against Porsha Williams

If the day ends in -y, the divorce proceedings between RHOA Things have probably gotten even more chaotic between “The 40 Fingers” star Porsha Williams and her soon-to-be ex-husband Simon Guobadia.

The feuding former lovers have been attacking each other on social media for the past few months, but now Guobadia seems ready to up the ante. Following a series of Instagram Story posts from Williams hinting at alleged erectile dysfunction on his part, the Nigerian businessman has threatened to sue her.

“The narrative has changed from ‘facing deportation’ and ‘fleeing the country for Dubai’ to ‘broke and selling luxury cars,'” Sassy Simon said in a carousel of posts. “Waiting for the next narrative #storykeepschanging.”

He titled the post:

“This ‘railroader’ ‘265 days’ just doesn’t get it… there are consequences for inflammatory and defamatory statements. Gather your change, you’re going to need every penny to defend what’s coming your way. A woman who has always been after the masculinity of every ex. She keeps telling the same old stories and tricks; unfortunately, you’ve met the right one.”

It’s always funny when people criticize their former spouse for things they already knew before they walked down the aisle.

Simon is not the only one who has a bone to pick with Porsha. The former RHOA Falynn Pina, a cast member and third link in this messy relationship triangle, recently had an altercation with Williams, who called her a “licensed prostitute.”

Although she had previously claimed that she would act “on sight” if she ever met Williams, Pina said she was unable to keep that promise at a recent event because she was there to celebrate her friend’s birthday, not to ruin it.

“It’s my best friend’s birthday and who wants to do something like that?” she said. “I won’t do that for a licensed prostitute.”
