Song Ji Hyo announces that she plans to launch her own underwear and perfume brand soon

In the July 13 episode of the YouTube talk show ‘Just an excuse‘ moderated by Yoo Jae Suk, ‘Running ManActors Ji Suk Jin, Song Ji Hyo and HaHa appeared as guests to chat impatiently.

In this episode, Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Suk Jin and HaHa congratulated Song Ji Hyo on his appointment as the new CEO. Song Ji Hyo stated: “I am preparing to open an underwear and a perfume store. The products will be on the market soon.”

When Yoo Jae Suk heard this, he remarked: “Ji Hyo has been working on this for quite a long time.” Song Ji Hyo nodded and remarked: “I’ve been consulting (Yoo Jae Suk) oppa about this for the past two years, asking, ‘When should I do this?’, ‘How should I do this?’ and after going through this now, I’ve learned how tough the business can be.” Yoo Jae Suk also added: “It’s not a collaboration with existing brands either. Ji Hyo and her staff are really working on it.”

Then when HaHa asked her, “What does (the perfume) smell like?” Song Ji Hyo answered bluntly: “It smells good,” cause laughter.

Later, Yoo Jae Suk brought up the passenger ship business in Tongyeong, which belongs to Song Ji Hyo’s parents. Yoo Jae Suk said: “Since we have often talked about Ji Hyo’s family’s passenger ship business, rumors have it that you come from a large, wealthy family.” Song Ji Hyo quickly shook her head and denied this and added: “That’s not true at all. I want to prepare for my parents’ retirement. Before they got into the passenger ship business, my parents owned a shabu-shabu restaurant.”
