Billy Ray Cyrus’ estranged wife Firerose has been ordered by a judge to STOP using the singer’s credit cards in the final stages of their bitter divorce

Billy Ray Cyrus has won the latest victory in his divorce from Firerose Cyrus.

A Los Angeles court judge ruled that the 36-year-old divorced wife of the Achy Breaky Heart singer can no longer use his American Express business card or other credit cards in his name or the name of his company.

Billy Ray, 62, claimed that Firerose made 37 unauthorized withdrawals of $96,986.05 from his American Express account between May 23 and June 7, TMZ reported.

He claims he never gave his wife permission to use his credit cards or bank accounts. She denied this and said she has been allowed to use the “I Want My Mullet Back” singer’s accounts since she moved in with him in 2022.

Firerose claimed that she was maintaining an already established lifestyle that he had given her when they moved in together.

She also argued that she should be allowed to continue spending Billy Ray’s money on her expenses and legal fees as long as the two were married.

Although the judge ruled in Billy Ray’s favor in this case, their separation is far from over.

Seven months after the wedding, the “Hannah Montana” star filed for an annulment of the marriage, accusing her of cheating and “inappropriate marital conduct.”

The Australian singer, who met Billy Ray on the set of the Disney Channel series in 2010, accuses her estranged husband of emotional and verbal abuse and manipulation.

Firerose claimed in an interview with Page Six last month that the 62-year-old Achy Breaky Heart hitmaker constantly yelled at her during their marriage and made her feel like a “prisoner” in their Tennessee home.

After claiming she “physically, emotionally and verbally abused” him, Fireose accused the singer of “isolating” her from her friends and family and said he tried to control her by giving her a set of “rules” to follow.

“Billy had very strict rules,” she explained. “I didn’t have a car. I was only allowed to go to the local chiropractor and get my nails done once a month.”

Firerose – whose real name is Johanna Rose Hodges – called it “systemic isolation,” adding: “I couldn’t find the courage to leave.”

She also claimed that her friends and family were forbidden from visiting her home.

Cyrus’ estranged wife added: “If I had to send a text message, I had to read it to him and get my permission. It was the same with emails.”

In court documents filed in Tennessee last month, Cyrus denied Fireose’s “incredible” abuse allegations, claiming that she did indeed abuse him during their marriage – and that she was always only interested in his money.

However, Firerose hit back, revealing that she had to undergo a preventative bilateral mastectomy because she carried the BRCA1 gene, and that Billy Ray had left her the day before the scheduled surgery.

Billy Ray denied this and her lawyer issued a statement.

“The audacity to question the decision of a BRCA-positive woman to undergo preventive surgery demonstrates once again the cruel manipulation Firerose was subjected to.”

“What Billy Ray doesn’t realize is that it’s only when you’ve been emotionally and psychologically abused for decades that people start to take notice. The truth comes out.”
