Khloé Kardashian reveals her feelings about semaglutide, the famous weight loss injection

Khloé Kardashian, 40, opened up about her weight loss journey, revealing her struggles and the methods she used to reshape her body. With honesty and a dash of humor, the reality star shared her thoughts on the trendy weight-loss drug Ozempic and her newfound love of working out.

In a heartfelt confession during “The Kardashians,” Khloé expressed how important exercise has become to her, both for the body and the mind. “Working out makes me happy,” she said. “Doing something that is so authentic to me, something that I truly love, makes my heart so happy.”

Khloe Kardashian is in Los Angeles, California on March 25, 2015.

Despite her passion for fitness, Khloé admitted it took her some time to discover her passion. She admitted that if the popular drug semaglutide had been around during her previous struggles, she probably would have tried it. “When I was bigger and Ozempic was around, I probably would have tried it because I’ve tried everything else,” she said, referring to the diabetes drug that has gained popularity as a weight-loss tool.

Khloé has spoken openly about her previous attempts to lose weight, including the infamous cayenne pepper and lemon juice diet. Looking back on that time, she said, “I tried every weight loss trend except the one thing that really works, which is lifestyle changes.” Her journey has led her to a healthier, more sustainable approach to weight loss. “I really want to encourage health, and it’s not about the number on the scale. I just think people should be active,” she stressed. “I don’t really care about your size. You should just be healthy and stronger for yourself.”

Today, Khloé relies on circuit training with cardio intervals to stay fit. “My heart rate is constantly racing up and down,” she says of her routine. This approach not only keeps her in shape, but also ensures that her workouts remain exciting and challenging.

Khloé also revealed her strategy for preparing for photoshoots where she knows she’ll be showing a lot of skin. “For a shoot… where I know I’m going to be showing a lot of skin, I definitely train a lot harder,” she admitted. However, she makes up for her hard work with a well-deserved reward. “I always celebrate with a big pizza. Just cheese – I’m a kid’s menu kind of girl,” she said, smiling.

In May, she spoke about her fears about gaining weight after the birth of her daughter. True Thompsonand expressed her concern about returning to a state she once feared.

After giving birth, Khloé weighed 204 pounds, which brought back memories of past insecurities. She trusted the YOU MD podcast where she revealed her fears about a journey she had already tackled before. The prospect of gaining back the weight she had worked so hard to lose was daunting, but Khloé approached it with determination.
