Eminem mentions Diddy and Kanye West in the album “Death Of Slim Shady”

Eminem’s latest chapter has finally been revealed and he mentions some polarizing personalities on wax to up the ante. On his brand new album The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce), With his album released on Friday (July 12), the Detroit legend makes fun of personalities such as Sean “Diddy” Combs, Kanye West, Ja Rule and others.

The tracklist includes 19 tracks, including three sketches and features from Big Sean, Babytron, JID, White Gold, Sly Pyper, Bizarre, Ez Mil, Jelly Roll, Skylar Grey and 2 Chainz.

In “Antichrist,” he disses Diddy by referencing the recently surfaced footage of him physically assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in 2016. He also pokes fun at the persistent rumors about the Bad Boy founder’s sexuality. “The next moron that asks me out is getting even more ass kicked than Diddy (pause)/ But seriously/ She probably ran out the room with his damn dildo/ He tried to beat her with a field goal, she told her to chill out/ And now put it back in my ass and get the steel toe,” Em raps.

The attacks intensify on the JID-assisted “Fuel,” where Em raps about the sexual assault allegations against Diddy, his relationship with the late Biggie Smalls and more: “I’m like a MANAGER/ Got so many S-As, S-As/ Wait, he didn’t just write the word ‘rapper’ and leave out a P, did he?/ RIP, rest in peace, Biggie/ And ‘Pac, you two should be alive/ But I don’t wanna start a fight with him/ ‘Cause then maybe he’ll put me down like Keefe D did him.”

The “All About The Benjamins” artist isn’t the only one Em has his sights set on, as he drops a bar about Kanye West in “Bad One,” rapping, “The brain is dead, Space Cadet/ Like Ye forget to take his meds.”

Lizzo also gets a kick out of it in “Road Rage” when he mentions her during his tirade against overweight people. “It’s never really over until Lizzo sings, we should pamper fat people, yeah, here’s a concept, let’s celebrate the onset of diabetes and instead of dieting we can just have a pie eating contest,” he spits.

Before the full reveal, Eminem did a calculated album release that made clear the “end of an era” concept behind the album. As stated in the title, the new LP is based on a move away from his “Slim Shady” moniker. The release included a trailer about a police investigation against him, “White Rapper” merch in collaboration with White Castle, and even an obituary in the Detroit Free Press Newspaper.
