DNC puts up billboards in Michigan linking Trump to far-right Project 2025 • Michigan Advance

Ahead of President Joe Biden’s visit to Detroit, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) is putting up billboards in Detroit, Grand Rapids and Lansing to link former President Donald Trump to Project 2025.

Launched by the conservative Heritage Foundation, Project 2025 is a collection of far-right policy proposals for a conservative presidential administration. The 900-plus-page “mandate for leadership” includes proposals to restructure the federal government, restrict access to the abortion pill and ban hospitals from performing emergency abortions, reverse climate change efforts, and many other recommendations.
