Chris Messick joins Summit Sotheby’s International Realty as Senior Vice President of Construction and Development Services

Summit Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce the addition of respected real estate professional Chris Messick to its leadership team. Messick joins the award-winning company as Senior Vice President, Builder and Development Services. With a wealth of experience in new construction and development, Chris brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record to his new role.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and moved to Utah in 2003. Since then, he has made a name for himself in the state’s real estate landscape. His career includes leadership roles such as Director of Real Estate and President of Real Estate for planned development brands such as Spanish Peaks, Grand Roatan and Promontory Club. Most recently, he served as President of the Mountain Region of Engel & Volkers.
