Swiss sportswear brand On has announced the launch of the Prism Collection, which includes the Cloudboom Strike, touted as the “new pinnacle of marathon excellence.” Also launching are the track-focused Cloudspike Citius and the track-optimized Cloudspike Amplius.
The Cloudboom Strike is a road cycling shoe specifically designed for the marathon distance and has an RRP of £270. It has a bespoke one-piece semi-transparent mesh upper and a new bounce board. Combined with CloudTec and Helium Hyperfoam, the result is a fast, responsive and energy efficient shoe.
