Hillcrest Women’s Golf Association hosts Week 11 – Jamestown Sun

JAMESTOWN – The Hillcrest Women’s Golf Association hosted its 11th Annual Week of Action at Hillcrest Golf Course on Tuesday, July 9.

This week there were six winners: Cathy Caulfield, Coralynn Dallmann, Theresa Haag, Lacey Krapp and Evie Burgard. The most successful golfer was Haag, whose shots landed closest to the hole on the fourth and 17th holes. She also had the lowest score of the day at 83 and the lowest score for par 5 holes at 21. Burgard won this week’s Hillcrest Door Prize.

This week there were three birdies and two chip-ins. Haag had a birdie on the fifth hole, while Savannah Wiese had a chip-in for a birdie on the sixth hole and a birdie on the eighth hole. Cheri Krause had a chip-in on the first hole.
