The Chiefs have made it clear that they know their new audience!

The Kansas City team just released a new baseball cap worthy of a Swiftie to celebrate their second consecutive Super Bowl victory, thanks to the “unplanned phenomenon” of Taylor Swift‘s relationship with Travis Kelce The team’s female audience grew “by leaps and bounds” – and fans say they were “boiled” by the references to the “Karma” singer.

The black cap features the Kansas City logo front and center, a friendship bracelet-style pearl necklace with the words “Super Bowl LVIII Champions” embroidered underneath, and little emoticons for a pair of red lips, a pink heart, and Swift’s iconic heart hands scattered throughout.

The team has dubbed the iconic cap “In My Champ’s Era” – another nod to the superstar who became a staple in their games last season and is currently in the midst of the international leg of their record-breaking Eras Tour.

Some were shocked that it was an officially licensed piece of merchandise, with one Swiftie joking, “Lmao I’m dying,” before adding, “I can’t believe this 😭😭 I need one.”

“Do I need another chief’s hat?” asked another. “No.” But they “absolutely” ordered it anyway because it’s “Chiefs×tay.”

“I’ve never bought anything faster than when I got the email for the Chiefs Champs Era Swiftie hat,” wrote another fan. “Love that two of my favorite things came together.”

The product description suggested that the hat was a ploy for OG fans to “connect with Swifties,” but unfortunately, the Swifties seemed to get there first, as the hat was already sold out.

However, the hat is still listed on the Chiefs’ official merch store, where you can sign up to receive notifications if and when it returns to stock.
