Young Thug’s Kids threaten to kill Gunna in a new, biting diss song

Young Thug and Gunna are no longer the friends they once were. It’s hard to imagine they ever will be. The former is still in the midst of a RICO indictment and the latter has been acquitted. It’s widely believed that Gunna ratted out Young Thug to avoid prison time. However, the rapper has repeatedly stated that the “rat” allegations are false. It hasn’t helped much. Kendrick Lamar painted Gunna in an unflattering light when he mentioned him by name in “Euphoria.” Now Young Thug’s kids are getting involved. Admittedly, their references to Gunna are much more aggressive.

Young Thug’s sons posted a snippet of an untitled diss song on Instagram. The duo can be seen dancing and showing off stacks of cash. It’s the bars, however, that definitely get the most attention. The duo references several targets, but Gunna gets it the worst. “And Bentley is a rat, he keeps leaving the states,” one of the boys raps. “And Gunna gets beat up if he don’t leave LA.” It’s not clear if Young Thug approved of these bars, but they shocked viewers so much that they questioned his parenting methods in the comments. Some users claimed that Thugger would be disappointed by the diss. Others pondered the legal ramifications, fearing that the diss could be used against the rapper during the YSL trial.

Young Thug’s kids told Gunna to leave Los Angeles

Young Thug has had some controversial views on parenting in the past. During a 2015 Twitter tirade, he campaigned for sole custody of his 12 children, feeling he had the means to provide for them all, unlike the women he had the children with. “I have a mansion with 12 empty bedrooms waiting for them,” he wrote. “I refuse to come on Cleveland Avenue. That’s called backing down. I just want to know why a farmer with no job, no future, no apartment/house/condo should have custody of a rich man’s child.”

Young Thug reinforced this mindset during an Instagram Live in 2022. He went so far as to claim that people who are broke shouldn’t reproduce. “We need new rules. We need a new oath,” the rapper claimed. “If you’re totally broke, if you’re a broke asshole, you shouldn’t be able to do that. You bring poor children into this world, fuck that n**ga. You make n**gas rob, kill and steal because you’re walking around without any career, without anything.”
