Where to find Blood Tax and Ashes of War in Elden Ring

You can find the Blood Tax Ash of War by Treasure Scarab in a northeast cave in Moghwyn PalaceYou can reach this place in two ways: acquire the Pureblood Knight Medal by completing part of White Mask Varre’s questline or using the Waygate in the Sacred Snowfields.

Depending on which route you choose to reach Moghwyn’s Palace, you will begin your hunt at two different Places of Grace:

• Entrance to the mausoleum of the dynasty: If you have the Medal of the Pureblood Knight To reach Moghwyn’s Palace, you must ride northwest through the pool of blood to find the cave containing the Scarab Treasure.
• Palace Approach Ledge Road: If you have used the Waygate to reach Moghwyn’s Palace, you can drive a short distance north of Palace Approach Ledge-Road Site of Graceand find the same cave east of you.

If you are below level 90, Moghwyn Palace can be an extremely challenging place, especially if you get involved in a fight. The area is swarming with Bloodborne Albanaurics, giant spectral skeletons and giant crows.

However, if you are fast enough, you can avoid these enemies and Blood Tax Ashes of War from the Treasure Scarab.
