Did Travis Kelce spend $3 million on a Super Bowl suite for Taylor Swift and her family?

As Taylor Swift says in a song called “Paper Rings” from her 2019 album, Lover“I like shiny things, but I would marry you with paper rings.”

Luckily, it looks like her boyfriend, the tight end of the Kansas City Chiefs, Travis Kelce doesn’t express his love cheaply. In February, Swift was seen at Super Bowl LVIII enjoying the game from a suite. Joining Swift were Kelce’s mother, rapper Ice Spice, singer/songwriter Lana Del Rey and many others.

While Kelce previously revealed that he paid the bill, he remained mum about the price. But in an episode of Netflix’s “Recipient“-documentary series Kelce could have revealed to fellow tight end George Kittle of the San Francisco 49ers how much he spent.

Kittle asked if Kelce would “suit up” at the Super Bowl.

To which Kelce replied, “That’s $3 million damn dollars.”

It is unclear whether he actually paid the $3 million or whether he was offered a superstar discount.

But given Kelce’s contract, which runs through 2026 and pays $14.3 million per season, and Swift’s net worth of $1.3 billion, it’s safe to assume they’ll get along just fine.

In the offseason, Kelce has performed on stops on Swift’s “Eras Tour” and will star in Ryan Murphy’s upcoming series “Grotesquerie,” premiering on FX this fall.

Speaking of Swift, during her recent stop in Zurich, Switzerland, the global pop icon met another huge Swiftie.

The burning question for Travis Kelce, of course, is whether he will spend a lot of money on an engagement ring any time soon?
