McCraw Law Group helps replenish 100 Club after Panhandle wildfires

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – McCraw Law Group has announced a 2:1 matching campaign of up to $10,000 to help rebuild the coffers of the 100 Club, a nonprofit organization, following the wildfires in the Texas Panhandle.

Officials said the campaign began on June 7 and raised $7,425 in less than a week. While it’s important to ensure volunteer firefighters can recover quickly and continue fighting fires, McCraw said he also recognizes the importance of increasing resources to prepare for possible future incidents.

According to official information, the 100 Club is financed exclusively through memberships and donations and pursues the following goals:

  • Provide immediate financial assistance to the families of police officers and firefighters killed in the line of duty.
  • Provide immediate financial assistance to certified police officers and firefighters who are injured in the line of duty and are unable to work.
  • Purchase life-protecting and life-saving equipment for police and fire departments that cannot be financed from budgetary resources.

Officials said McCraw, the CEO, and other group leaders will fly to McKinney to deliver the check to the 100 Club office.

In addition, officials noted that McCraw Law Group, a Texas-based personal injury law firm, is helping clients recover damages for medical expenses, pain and suffering, and lost wages so they can rebuild their lives.
