Robert Love Mcmillin (Bob) || Obituary


Robert Love Mcmillin (Bob), 81, of Reno, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024, at Paris Healthcare Center.

The Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, July 10, at the Cowboy Church in camp, with visitation for family and friends at 1:00 p.m. followed by worship at 2:00 p.m.

Bob was born in Paris, Texas to Robert and Bess Mcmillin. He graduated from Odessa High School and then attended Paris Junior College. On June 18, 1963, he married Wanda Faye Mcmillin at her home in Paris. Bob was a member of the Masonic Club; he worked for Paris Snacks for 28 years and never missed a day. He was a simple man who never met strangers, loved to talk, meet his family, go to church and have breakfast with the men at McKee’s on Friday mornings.
He was predeceased by his parents, his daughter Deborah, his mother-in-law, a sister and a brother-in-law, and his all-time best friend, his dog Dubby.

He leaves behind his wife Wanda, daughter Traci, grandchildren Reece Dollins and wife Alicia, Cody Dollins, Delaney Miller and her husband Tate, Amber Sullivan and Cole Sullivan, and great grandchildren Benjamin Dollins, Abigail Dollins, Cooper Erickson, Jovi Erickson, Paislee Dollins, Chevy Dollins, Brody Miller and Rhett Miller. Special thanks to Golden Care Home Health for providing Bob with great care at home and to the ICU nurses and doctors for their excellent care and communication during his hospital stay.
