Love Island fans call for ‘double eviction’ as Hakeem and Liv get into explosive, tearful argument
Love Island USA fans say they are ready for a ‘double eviction’ as Hakeem and Liv got into an explosive argument after Hakeem ended their romance and hooked up with Nicole
Love Island USA fans are calling for a ‘double eviction’ as an explosive, tearful argument ensued following their messy breakup.
Tensions were high on Thursday night’s episode as Hakeem and Liv had their long-awaited breakup row after Hakeem decided to abruptly end their relationship and get together with new bombshell Nicole. After the shocking betrayal, both partners didn’t hold back and erupted into a heated argument that required their fellow islanders to intervene.
During their discussion, Hakeem told Liv that their breakup was long overdue as they were constantly having problems that they couldn’t resolve together. And while Hakeem felt that their romance was already in crisis, Liv felt completely blindsided by the move. And while Hakeem accused Liv of not being mature, Liv accused him of “giving her rules” and trying to change her.

Liv stormed off angrily as they continued to shout at each other across the kitchen in front of their fellow islanders, begging them to calm down. After Liv jumped off the sofa, Hakeem shouted at her, “You are not mature enough to listen to this. If you were mature, you would have sat down and talked to me like everyone else here like a civilized human being. When someone has problems, no one shouts and becomes unpredictable like you are right now,” adding brutally, “You are literally the most negative person in this house and you are the root of many of the problems here.”
To which Liz angrily repeated, “Am I the most negative person here?” And in a confessional where she burst into tears, she said, “No, I’m not a terrible person. I can’t sit there and listen to him being so condescending and rude to me. He doesn’t get it, and then he says that in front of everyone – be whoever you want to be with, but don’t string me along.”
Following their argument, many viewers said they were fed up with both sides of the drama and were ready to let them go. One viewer wrote: “Can we get a double eviction? I need Hakeem and Liv out of this.” And another added: “I don’t like Liv… but Hakeem is insufferable. Vote for both of them. And Rob. lol.” Another agreed: “Liv and Hakeem are both annoying as hell.” And a fourth chimed in: “Liv is kind of vindictive. She laughed at Leah when she had a meltdown over Rob. Hakeem is conceited but we’ve seen that before.”
