Love Island bosses brutally fire ‘several’ islanders after Uma and Wil make surprise exits

Love Island bosses brutally fire ‘several’ islanders after Uma and Wil make surprise exits

Following last night’s sensational episode – which saw Wil Anderson evicted in a surprise reunion and his partner Uma Jammeh follow him – viewers will see even more unexpected plot twists tonight.

Apparently the producers are planning a “mass cancellation” in which “several” stars will be eliminated from the show.

Currently, viewers can see 17 Love Island Of the couples who continue, seven of them consider themselves “single.”

In last night’s episode, we not only saw Wil and Uma get dumped, but also Emma and Grace break up with their buddies Konnor and Blade and Hugo expressing doubts about his relationship with Jess.

As a result, ITV producers will reportedly eliminate numerous contestants from tonight’s episode.

According to The Sun: “Logistically there are too many people in the villa at the moment but in terms of how the show runs the sheer number of singles is a big no-no.”

“The central premise of the show is Love Islandyou have to be in a relationship. The bosses staged a mega-cull and it messed everything up.”

In yesterday’s episode – before the controversial double exit – the show’s narrator, Iain Stirling, was even heard making a joke about the sheer number of islanders occupying the bench around the fire pit, joking that it was only designed for ten people.

At the end of the episode, viewers were then asked to vote to save their favorite girl and her favorite boy, which means a handful of the stragglers will be left out in the cold tonight.

The news comes after viewers were shocked by the early exit of fan favourite Uma, after she was chosen by Reuben and her partner Wil sent away at yesterday’s reunion.

After a rocky patch for the duo – sparked by Wil’s controversial lip movements during Casa Amor, which came to light during Sunday night’s “Movie Night” – it seemed like the two were finally getting back on track earlier this week.

Sadly, Uma was then dragged on a date with two new guys, including Reuben Collins, who took a particular interest in her.

However, before we had the chance to watch the drama unfold, a shock story emerged from MailOnline yesterday claiming that Uma had left the villa after Wil was dumped.

Regarding her motives, a source told the publication: “She knew in this final phase of the competition that she would not develop feelings for anyone else and she could not bear the thought of Wil going alone.”

Tyla has contacted ITV for comment.
