Jennifer Lawrence to star in A24’s sci-fi marriage comedy – Punch Drunk critics





After a slowdown in recent years, Jennifer Lawrence is now back in action. THR reports that Lawrence is in Why do not you love me?an adaptation of the graphic novel by Paul B. Rainey, recently acquired by A24.

will be released in 2023, Why do not you love me? is a science fiction comedy about a married couple struggling with personal and professional problems until they realize that their reality is not what it seems and that there may be alternatives.

Robert Funke, creator of the short-lived Kirsten Dunst series How to Become God in Central Floridawill write the screenplay for the film.

The film will be a reunion between Lawrence and A24, who worked together on the grandiose, little-noticed drama damShe is also involved in Martin Scorsese’s Frank Sinatra biopic with Leonardo DiCaprio and recently signed a contract with Real Housewives Crime The wifes.

The search for a director has begun, but with Lawrence on board that shouldn’t be a problem.
