Ariana Grande is a supportive sister.

After Frankie Grande posted a selfie of himself with a bandaged, bruised face after a nose job, the 31-year-old spoke out under the Instagram photo.

Ariana wrote: “Perfect in every way, always!!!!” alongside a teddy bear, bubbles and a seedling emoji.

“New nose. Who is that?” Frankie wrote under the photo, which shows both eyelids with a dark purple discoloration from bruising.

Frankie wore a cast covering the bridge of his nose and stuffed with gauze below his nostrils. A white padded strap was wrapped around his head.

In 2018, the Spree star thanked the Grammy winner for her help in quitting: “Thank you, my incredible sister. Your strength gave me the courage to ask you for help.”

A few days later, the 41-year-old – who is still recovering from her nose job – shared a ton of photos from her trip to the Big Apple.

In one photo, Frankie showed the peace sign while sitting on the train with a skin-colored bandage on his nose.

The actor posed in the subway station in another snapshot and smiled in front of a poster of Deborah Cox in “The Wiz” in a third.

The carousel also included sweet pictures of Frankie with his mom, Joan Grande, Deborah and friends backstage at the Broadway show.

The former Big Brother player wrote: “Took my new nose to New York. She loved The Wiz.”

Deborah wrote in the comments section: “I love you guys soooooo much!! It’s so great to see you all!!! Muah!!!”

However, a few days later, Frankie suffered a minor setback in his recovery when doctors removed his cast.

“It just popped like a balloon, which is apparently supposed to happen, but I’m freaking out a little bit but still very excited,” the Broadway star shared in his Instagram stories on Monday.

Frankie told viewers that he now had to “start the whole process of detumescence all over again,” but that he still “can’t wait.”

“New nose. Who is that?” the 41-year-old captioned his selfie after the operation on Instagram.

Frankie’s surgery comes a month after he posted a sweet birthday message to Ariana on June 26.

“Haaaaaaaaahappy BIRTHDAY to the most beautiful, amazing, talented and most of all, NICEST sister in the entire universe,” he gushed. “From the moment you came into my life, you have brought nothing but joy, love and endless inspiration. I am eternally grateful to be your brother and to witness your journey, both as an artist and as the beautiful soul that you are. That being said, I am just… so damn proud of you. You have done so much for me in our lives and I couldn’t be more grateful. You are my rock. My balance.”

Wishing her a year filled with “the happiness, success and love you deserve,” Frankie concluded his post by saying, “Keep your light shining and share your magic with the world. I love you beyond the moon and on and on to the ends of the universe and back!”

Back in 2018, the Spree star thanked the Grammy winner and his mother for helping him get sober.

“Thank you, my incredible sister. Your strength gave me the courage to ask for your help. And you were selflessly there for me when I asked, just as you were for so many others during this difficult time,” Frankie wrote on X. “I love you. I can’t thank you enough. I couldn’t have done this without you. Not at all.”

A follow-up post read: “Thank you, mommy. I couldn’t have done ANYTHING without the love and support you’ve given me over the past year and always. I love you, mommy. I’m so glad you have your son back.”

And Frankie celebrated her seven-year alcohol-free anniversary in June.

The oldest sibling celebrated his seven-year sobriety anniversary in June: “It was an incredible and transformative journey of self-discovery and I am infinitely grateful”

“It has been an incredible and transformative journey of self-discovery and I am eternally grateful. There are no words that can express the gratitude I feel in my heart right now,” he said while celebrating the occasion on social media last month. “My sobriety saved my life.”

“And I mean that with every fiber of my being!! I was on a dark, dark path and my family and friends helped pull me into the light.

“I am CRYING as I write this. I cannot express how much I love everyone who has stood by me even when I was at my LOWEST. You know who you are. Thank you and I love you to the ends of the universe.”

Frankie addressed anyone struggling with addiction directly, adding: “Know that you are not alone. There is hope and there is always a way forward. Reach out, ask for help and never give up on yourself. You deserve a beautiful life.”

“To everyone reading this,” he concluded, “thank you for being part of my journey. Here’s to many more years of health, happiness and sobriety.”
