Chris Pratt gives hints about his role in the DC Universe and a possible return of Star-Lord

Will Chris Pratt return as Star-Lord or will he leave the ship and move to the DC Universe? Protector of the Galaxy Star gave a hint about his superhero future in a surprise interview.

Since it was announced that James Gunn will be one of the main architects of the new DC Universe, fans have been following the Protector of the Galaxy cast members to see if they’d go along with his plans. Perhaps none more so than Star-Lord actor Chris Pratt, who kept as cool as he could while being ambushed by TMZ.

“Well, there’s always a chance. But obviously I couldn’t ruin it with you here on the sidewalk. I could, but I’d rather not,” Pratt explained before being asked if he had a role in mind. “Man, I’ll just have to leave that up to the fans and people like James. I’m not quite sure. I really am not sure.”

Chris Pratt would not be the only one Protector of the Galaxy actor joining the DC Universe. James Gunn has already cast Nathan Fillion, who made cameo appearances in two of the films, and apparently has a role in mind for Pom Klementieff. However, could this mean the end of his time as Star-Lord?

The end of the finale Protector of the Galaxy The film suggested that there was more to Star-Lord. But could James Gunn finally bring Chris Pratt into the DC Universe? When asked about the matter, Pratt explained that there is always a chance for Peter Quill to return to the MCU.

“Yes, of course, if it fits my schedule and makes sense,” Pratt concluded, referring to the DC Universe, before adding, “Obviously, I love playing Star-Lord, so hopefully there’s a chance he’ll come back. I just feel so blessed to be able to be a part of it and be considered for it.”

Since a Star-Lord solo film has been discussed for years, it would not be surprising if Chris Pratt reprised his character via the Protector of the Galaxy franchise. He also wouldn’t be the only actor juggling a role in both the DC Universe and the MCU. What role that might be, however, probably depends on James Gunn himself!
