From dramatic reunions to a series of tears, Applegate shared her thoughts on the show on X, formerly Twitter. The actress has received numerous awards, including an Emmy Award for her guest appearance on Friends and critical acclaim for her leading role in the black comedy series Dead to me.

Although she did not specify which version of Love Island She watches, the 52-year-old complained about the experience, the attitude and even the clothing of the islanders and left no sip from the bottle or the armpit unattended in her quest for the villa’s perfection

“I love Love Island. I have seen every season. I have a problem with the production and the participants,” she said X“Can you please stop making weird noises with your water bottles? Like holding a straw in your mouth and chewing on it without sipping. Or girls with long fingernails making click-clack noises, ha.”

She expressed her affection for the show after watching each season and was not afraid to address what she considered to be the odd habits of both the production team and the contestants.

“White deodorant in the armpits in the heat is gross,” the actress added in a follow-up post. “You are all very attractive people, please use clear deodorant!!! The white shit in the wrinkles is not good. I’m just helping you be the best version of yourself. Haha.”

Again, she didn’t specify whether she’s specifically watching the current season of Love Island USA, but if you’re a fan of the franchise like she is, you’re missing out on a lot of drama that rivals even the most thrilling season of any previous version. When Applegate made her comments, the villa was still reeling from the events of Casa Amor, which saw dramatic reunions rock the entire villa like never before and the final decision on who wins was completely up in the air for the American vote.
