The lawsuit alleges that throughout the Class Period, UnitedHealth repeatedly assured investors that it had taken steps to avoid anti-competitive conduct, including by establishing “robust firewall processes” to prevent the sharing of customer confidential information (“CSI”) following the merger between UnitedHealthcare and Optum.
