Pfannenberg USA launches X-Series cooling units

Lancaster, NY – Pfannenberg, Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of thermal management solutions, announces its new X-Series cooling units. The innovative X-Series focuses on energy efficiency and operational efficiency for industrial cooling applications.

Designed to meet the high demands of modern industries, the X-series units feature an optimized control algorithm with inverter technology based on years of experience. This allows precise adjustment of the cooling power required to maintain the temperature inside the enclosure. This reduces the start and stop cycle present in other cooling units and significantly reduces energy consumption. The X-series guarantees very precise temperature control with a tolerance of +/- 0.1 K, eliminating overheating risks and protecting sensitive electronic components.

The X-Series maintains Pfannenberg’s proven design, with a large distance between the hot air inlet and cold air outlet to prevent short circuits. Using top-of-the-line fans creates high airflow that is directed through densely packed enclosures, preventing hot spots. X-Series units are available in standard side or surface mount, which does not interfere with the interior of the enclosure, and recessed mount, which mounts the unit to the enclosure door – ideal when space around the enclosures is limited.

The X-Series includes two models: the 6X1E, which covers a power range from 1,000 W to 2,800 W, and the 6X2E, which covers a power range from 2,000 W to 4,500 W. These units offer superior performance with unparalleled efficiency. Both units offer robust flexibility and come standard with an RS 485 interface and the Modbus RTU protocol, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems for real-time monitoring and control.
