Taylor Swift’s fans are convinced they saw Travis Kelce cry as she sang an emotional song

Taylor Swift fans are convinced that Travis Kelce struggled to contain his emotions while listening to his girlfriend sing an emotional mashup during a recent performance on the Eras tour.

Kelce has been living every Swift fan’s dream by attending several Eras tour shows to support the singer as she heads through Europe, while other fans will be lucky if they manage to see her even once.

So you might think that people would be jealous to see Kelce perform again, but instead, fans are looking out for the Kansas City Chiefs star and even trying to get him in front of the camera.

One of the fans had his cell phone pointed at Kelce and noticed that he appeared to be crying, whereupon he wiped his hand across his face.

His seemingly emotional moment came when Swift performed in Amsterdam, where she treated her fans to a mashup of songs like “Mary’s Song,” “So High School” and “Everything Has Changed.”

Thanks to numerous references in the song, fans are already convinced that “So High School” is about Kelce, including a mention of the “kiss, marry, kill” game that Kelce played with Swift before he started dating her.

The addition of the other two emotional tracks made fans believe the mashup was designed specifically for the footballer, so it’s no surprise that he had a lump in his throat when he heard it.

In a video shared online, the football player appears to be comforted by Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes, while wiping his face with his hands.

“Travis Kelce cries on Eras tour,” read the caption under one of the videos.

Viewers have expressed their admiration for Kelce and Swift after watching the clip, with one writing: “My heart can NOT handle this kind of loud love. This is what love is supposed to be. I can’t stop crying.”

Another wrote: “I love how Brittany Mahomes looked after him.”

Apparently, Kelce wasn’t the only one who burst into tears over Swift’s mashup, as the playback of the three songs also triggered emotions among people on Reddit.

“He had tears in his eyes and so did I. More than beautiful. Everything has changed,” one person wrote.

A second Reddit user speculated: “Is this Travis’ last show? That would explain why he was so emotional and why there was that mashup. It was like they were the only two people there.”

After completing her shows in Amsterdam, Swift’s tour will continue in Switzerland, Spain and Germany, among other places.
