Love Islander angrily criticises his ‘sneaky’ co-star

It was a dramatic evening in the Love Island villa on Sunday 7 July, with two islanders being told to pack up and go home – and revelations of a ‘casa triangle’. The fireworks only escalated during Love Island Movie Night, where the couples had to deal with the fallout from behind-the-scenes antics.

But it was the drama between Moziah Pinder and Blade Siddiqi that became the hot topic on Love Island: Aftersun, with Moziah revealing he had “nothing nice to say about” his former rival.

Grace Jackson was at the centre of a tug-of-war between Blade and Moziah, and the pair battled for her affections on Casa Amor. In last Wednesday’s episode (July 3), Blade interrupted a conversation between Moziah and Grace and pulled Grace away for a chat while Moziah fumed.

“You obviously know how I feel about Grace,” Moziah later told him. “Do you think that was even the right thing to do at that moment, brother?”

However, Blade refused to back down and replied: “Am I supposed to just sit here and watch you talk to her all night?” Meanwhile, Grace told her fellow islanders she was “confused about her feelings” before later sharing a passionate kiss with Moziah in the bedroom.

Fans were stunned when she walked arm in arm with Blade back to the main villa and sent Moziah home.

In last night’s episode of Love Island: After Sun, Sam Thompson spoke to the former Islander about what happened and Moziah didn’t keep his feelings for Butler to himself in Buff Blade.

When Sam spoke about their awkward encounter, he asked Moziah what he thought about Blade asking Grace to talk. He replied, “She didn’t even say ‘give me a second,’ she just walked away.”

“Yeah, that situation was absolutely crazy, it was crazy,” Moziah replied. “I had to handle it in the most respectful way possible, obviously not to escalate the situation, but I don’t have anything nice to say about the guy, you know what I mean?”

Previously, Love Island viewers watched chaos unfold as Movie Night delivered drama surrounding Matilda Draper and Wil Anderson, followed by the dramatic exits of Ellie Jackson and Trey Norman.

The couple received the lowest percentage in the audience vote for “most compatible couple”, thus ending their “Love Island” story.

When Ellie later spoke about the end of their relationship, she gave her verdict on what the future holds for him and Trey. “We got along well from the beginning,” she said. “He was the person I felt most comfortable with, so naturally I paid more attention to him than anyone else.”

“We definitely had a good connection, so we’ll have to see what happens. We’ll go with the flow and not put any pressure on it. Stay tuned!”
