In a recent social media post, Amy Blazer expressed her frustration over her experience with Sam’s Club when she tried to have a grill delivered.

“We will cancel our membership,” she wrote.

“I do not recommend Sam’s Club!”

Sam’s Club responded promptly to the complaint and acknowledged the issue in a comment on their post.

Her first response was, “Hi Amy. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please allow us to investigate further.”

“We kindly ask you to send us a private message to continue our conversation.”

Blazer later updated her post to confirm that the issue had been resolved.

In a subsequent response, Sam’s Club thanked us for the update: “Hi Amy. Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the overall experience.

“We are very pleased to share the good news. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

“You can’t checkout,” Sam’s Club members warn, as shoppers must pay extra to shop early under store rules

“Thank you for being a loyal Sam’s Club member. Have a great weekend.”

It is unclear whether Blazer terminated her membership following this incident and its resolution.

In a similar message, a shopper criticized the retailer for a recent change in shipping policies at Sam’s Club.

Sam’s Club members must meet a minimum purchase amount of $50 to qualify for free shipping.

Concerned shoppers have announced they are considering pausing their memberships in response to the new requirement.
