Russell Wilson sends touching congratulations message to Ciara: “I love you, Mrs. Wilson”

Russell Wilson celebrated his eighth wedding anniversary with his wife Ciara and shared a touching post about his wife, the musician, on Instagram.

“Celebrating 8 years of God’s love and grace upon us @Ciara!” Wilson wrote on Saturday alongside a collage of videos of him and Ciara over the years, including clips of their wedding. Instagram users shared loving messages praising Wilson, who regularly posts loving photos and messages for his family.

“The way he loves her makes my heart melt every time 🥹❤️😍,” wrote one commenter.

In his touching caption, he also acknowledged the important role Ciara played in the life of the Super Bowl-winning quarterback.

“Since we met, you have been my strength in every trial. My joy in every moment. My peace in every prayer. God has given me the most incredible gift in you!” Wilson wrote. “I am so grateful for our journey together. Here’s to another life. I love you, Mrs. Wilson, to heaven and back! ❤️”

“This man said, ‘You are the peace in my prayers’ and I was stuck… right there,” another commenter wrote.

Ciara and Wilson married on July 6, 2016. They have three children: 7-year-old daughter Sienna Princess, son Win Harrison, who turns 4 this month, and daughter Amora, whose birth the couple announced will be in December 2023.

Wilson is also stepfather to Ciara’s son Future Zahir, 10, from her previous relationship with rapper Future.
