Logan Paul takes legal action against Ryan Garcia

Logan Paul has filed a defamation lawsuit against boxer Ryan Garcia.
The 29-year-old star has taken legal action against Ryan, 25, over comments he made about Prime, Logan’s successful drinks brand.
Logan, who co-founded the company with KSI, wrote on X: “I’ve had to spend the last few months debunking ridiculous claims about @PrimeHydrate and it’s obvious… PRIME is under attack. Why?”
“1.) We are a threat. PRIME is the most disruptive beverage in history and our competitors are feeling the pressure. It is likely that we have been targeted as victims of a smear campaign.
“2.) People who want influence know they can leverage PRIME’s reputation for attention and views.
“3.) People don’t like me or KSI. That’s fine. But if you don’t like PRIME, don’t drink it. You don’t have to lie about the facts to stay relevant.
“And here are the facts: PRIME Hydration is a healthier option for you with coconut water, over 800 mg of electrolytes, B vitamins, BCAAs, 25 calories and only 2 grams of sugar.
“We comply with all regulatory authorities.
“We use world-class facilities.
“Our drink is unsurpassed.
“Today, we begin holding accountable those who have harmed our brand for attention while setting history straight. We are here to stay and will continue to transform the world of hydration with bold flavors and creative innovation.
“Stay hydrated, stay healthy and #drinkprime

Logan also posted a screenshot of his lawsuit accusing Ryan of “spreading lies about Prime.”
Logan took legal action after Ryan claimed on social media that Prime was “harming children.”
