Trailer for “Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League” shows sequel

Check out the teaser trailer for the upcoming Batman Ninja vs Yakuza League animated trailer, which is a sequel to the first film from 2018. Character posters were also released.

The trailer features Justice League characters Aquaman, The Flash and Wonder Woman.

what is Batman Ninja vs Yakuza League around?

Translated, the description reads: “The over-the-top action entertainment from Japan that has taken the world by storm is back! This time, the stage is set in the world of the Yakuza, which follows the Sengoku period!?”

In history, the Sengoku period was a time of near-constant military conflict and social unrest in Japan that lasted from the mid-15th century to the early 17th century. It is often portrayed in the media as a time of samurai battles and feudal lords, so it seems like this is not about the Justice League, but Batman versus the Yakuza League.

Jumpei Mizusaki is directing again, with Shinji Takagi also directing. The screenplay is by Sazuki Nakashima. Character designs are by Takashi Okazaki. Music is by Yugo Kanno, and animation production is by Kamikaze Douga.

Koichi Yamadera plays Batman.
