Pilot Club donates gift bags to Advanced EMS paramedics – The Andalusia Star-News

The Pilot Club of Andalusia gives back to the community and plans several fundraisers and events throughout the year.

Every year, the Andalusian Pilots Club distributes pick-me-ups in gift bags to the community.

One of them is a gift bag, also known as a “pick-me-up,” coordinated by Pilot member Angie Kelley.

These pick-me-ups were distributed to paramedics from Advanced EMS in Andalusia and included crackers, pens, notebooks, candy, ChapStick lip balm and travel tissues. More pick-me-ups with other organizations in the community are planned for later in the year.

The Pilot Club of Andalusia meets every fourth Monday of the month at the Chamber of Commerce of Andalusia. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 24th at 5:30 p.m. At this meeting, officers for 2024-2025 will be elected and checks will be presented to three nonprofit organizations in the community.
