WHITE PLAINS, NY — Toast the farmers. Toast the brewmasters and toast the chefs — Miles, the Prince Brewer’s Dinner Series continues Sunday.

Miles, The Prince, a 43-seat fine dining restaurant and brewery at 873 N. Broadway in White Plains, is hosting its second Brewer’s Dinner on Sunday, July 7, with two tables, once at 5:30 p.m. and once at 7:45 p.m. It’s just the latest in a series of culinary events hosted by the team that opened the restaurant last November.

Mamaroneck native Zach Goldstein brings extensive experience from Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s operations and Stone Brewing Company, as do Dana Lawrie, also formerly of Jean-Georges, Chef Alessandro Urbisci and Brewmaster Evan Koepnick.

The team says the Brewer’s Dinners are “curated exclusive experiences featuring four-course tasting menus based on seasonal, local produce and carefully paired with house-brewed beer.” The experiences cost $85 per person, with a special vegetarian tasting menu available for $75 per person.

“Chef Alessandro Urbisci designs each menu to showcase the harmonious relationship between gourmet cuisine and craft brewing, and each course is carefully paired with a house-brewed beer,” said Goldstein. “This series is a testament to our commitment to providing unique and memorable dining experiences, and the feedback has been outstanding.”

Miles, The Prince offers four main beers, all named after dogs (like Miles, The Prince, the owner’s childhood dog), including Tig, Bo, Otis and Trudy, each offering a different flavor profile. The beers can be purchased individually at any time in the restaurant.

“We source the majority of our ingredients from farms and purveyors throughout the Hudson Valley, which means you get the freshest food possible while supporting the local economy,” Goldstein previously said. “The beer we brew locally is made with malt from New Paltz and hops from Germany, Oregon and New Zealand, where the climate is perfect for producing high-quality hops that significantly impact the flavor, aroma and overall profile of the beer.”

Reservations for the Brewer’s Dinner Series are limited and can be made here or by emailing this address. Please also visit the restaurant’s website for more information.
