New GI JOE comic series invites fans to “choose a side” and join the Joes or Cobra — GeekTyrant

Skybound, Image Comics and Hasbro promote their upcoming GI Joe – The Movie Comic series with the “Choose your side” initiative.

The initiative offers fans the opportunity to see their names in the brand new ongoing series “GI Joe #1” by publicly declaring their loyalty to GI Joe or Cobra.

Some contestants will even be featured alongside other Insiders in the series’ house ads. You can declare your allegiance by submitting a photo of yourself and your declared loyalty to the Choose Your Side page on the Skybound Insiders website here.

Arune Singh, VP Brand, Editorial, Skybound Entertainment, said in a statement: “Choose Your Side is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of GI JOE history and our way of thanking all the amazing fans who have made the Energon Universe the hottest comic book franchise in the industry.”

According to Skybound, each eligible contribution will be published once in an issue of GI Joe – The Moviestarting with the launch of the series in November.

Ads will run until all eligible submissions have been published. The photo submission portal on Skybound Insiders is now open and will close on September 8, 2024.

To be eligible, users must have a verified Skybound Insiders account, be at least 18 years old, and be a legal resident of the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada (excluding Quebec).
