The Michigan High School Softball Coaches Association has announced its 2024 Division 3 All-State team, with Grass Lake leading the way.
Grass Lake, which lost in the district semifinals, had four players named to the all-state first team. Emily Brown, Rylee Fitzpatrick, Olivia Turner and Breyenn Salts were named to the first team for Grass Lake, which was ranked second in the state.
State champion Evart added two players – Kyrah Gray and Allyson Theunick – to the team after defeating Ottawa Lake-Whiteford 1-0 to claim the title. Whiteford had only one player on the first team, Unity Nelson.
