News of the pair’s iconic collaboration leaked shortly after they presented an award together at the 95th Academy Awards last year, and there’s just been an exciting update on their upcoming film.

The new film by Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh gets a fresh update

Leaded by The Goldfinchis John Crowley, We live in time is an upcoming romantic comedy starring Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh. While plot details are being kept under wraps, the film “a Lovestory” between an aspiring chef and a recently divorced woman.

In the latest news, Discussing Film on X reports that the upcoming film will receive an age rating of R for “Language, sexuality and nudity.” The fans now seem to be excited about The Incredible Spiderman Star on the screen with the Black widow Actress.

Marvel fans may not see the beloved superhero team up with Yelena Belova just yet, but they’ll soon be able to enjoy Garfield and Pugh’s great duo. And even if the cynical spy played by the English actress were to appear alongside Spidey, it would likely be with Tom Holland’s web-slinger (via The Zoe Ball Breakfast Show | ComicBook).

We live in time – The director sings the praises of the stars

Directed by Crowley and Wanderlust Creator Nick Payne wrote the screenplay, We live in time was described as “a funny, deeply touching and haunting love story” (via Digital Spy).

A few months ago, the Irish film and theatre director confirmed that the film was in post-production and would be released later this year. For the lead actors: Crowley, 54, – who previously played Garfield in Boy A – received the highest acclaim and claimed that their on-screen chemistry was nothing less than “unusual” (via the UCC Talking Pictures Podcast).

The Brooklyn Director praised the Spider-Man: No Way Home Star for the repertoire of acclaimed projects he has starred in since his last collaboration with Crowley. “He is still the same creature as before,” He said about Garfield: “But in terms of craftsmanship, he has developed his working method very, very much, which is incredible to see and is a gift on set.”

Crowley also praised the Oppenheimer Star for a “fearless” Actress and “the purest instinct for what the heart of the scene is about.”
