Michigan City City Hall will be closed on Thursday, July 4th for Independence Day.
The City of Michigan’s transportation and garbage collection departments are also closed, meaning there will be no bus service on Thursday and no garbage or compost pickup will occur.
Garbage and compost collection will resume on Friday, July 5; any routes not yet completed will be completed on Saturday, July 6.
