Elle Menard’s first book in a thrilling four-part romance thriller is set to be exhibited at the Hong Kong Book Fair 2024

Since she was 15, Elle Menard has loved writing as a stress reliever. It fit well with her love of her favorite TV shows and books. However, many years later, a series of health problems wreaked havoc in her life and drove her to continually hone her writing skills.

What initially began as a means of mental healing soon evolved into a concept for stories she wanted to publish. Encouraged by indie author KK Winter, Elle set out to explore the many new types of publishing platforms that have popped up in recent years.

A platform, GoodNovel, finally approved her manuscript and officially put her on the path to becoming an author. This year, Elle is set to take another step, as the first book in her planned four-part series is set to be exhibited at the prestigious Hong Kong Book Fair, which will be held from July 17 to 23, 2024, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The name of their series is elitewith his first book entitled “Phantom.” A fan of both mystery and romance stories, Menard has created her own world that blends crime and spy thrillers.

The plot of “Phantom” follows Evelyn, the daughter of a man brutally murdered on behalf of the shady Ricci Enterprises. She vows revenge and finds her chance when she is recruited into a secret special operations team that recognizes her potential.

And yet her own undercover mission is thrown into jeopardy when she falls in love with another member of the underworld: a mafia boss who runs New York City’s most prestigious security company.

Elle had put a lot of effort into ensuring that her first book in the series offered plenty of suspense, thrills and sparkling romantic chemistry in equal measure.

Biography of the author

Elle Menard grew up in a small town on the east coast, where she wanted to spend her adult life. She started writing at the age of 15, writing simple fanfiction based on her favorite series like Supernatural and Vampire Diaries.

Writing has always been a way for her to escape stress or difficult situations. After some health issues turned her life upside down, she delved deeper into writing and allowed her soul to heal through the characters she created.

With the support and encouragement of indie author KK Winter, she decided to submit her manuscripts to the GoodNovel platform and was overjoyed when she learned that they had been accepted. After finding success on GoodNovel, she decided to explore more publishing opportunities and take the leap into the unknown.
