Mr Lance Taylor, 35 of Washingtonville, NY, unexpectedly received his angel wings following a motorcycle accident on Friday, June 21, 2024.

Lance’s smile and laughter lit up any room when he walked in. Lance enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Lance loved nature and being outdoors. He renovated his trailer and planned camping trips with his faithful companion Champ, who was always by his side.

Lance leaves behind his fur baby Champ, his parents Nancy and James Taylor, Jr., his brother James Taylor, III, his sister Shannon and her husband Jovanni Ayala, his nieces Mya and Julianna, his nephews Jovanni Jr., Isiah and Rhyes.

Before Lance, his sister Danielle Taylor died in 2018.

Lance will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins ​​and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 14, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 532 Lakes Road, Monroe, New York 10950.

A special thank you to the many family and friends who have helped us and shown us compassion, strength and support. Your hugs have been a lifeline during this unimaginably difficult time. We love you and thank you for being part of our lives.

Cremation was performed by Brendan and Thomas Flynn of Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, NY.

The family has entrusted Lance’s care to Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, 139 Stage Road, Monroe, NY 10950.
