Love Island star Adam Collard has shared a sweet birthday tribute to his girlfriend Laura Woods.

Adam first appeared in the fourth season of Love Island in 2018 before returning to the villa as a surprise bombshell in the eighth season in 2022.

After appearing on Celebs Go Dating last year, Adam confirmed in October that he was in a relationship with Laura, who works as a sports presenter for ITV, Amazon Prime Video and TNT Sports.

As Laura celebrated her 36th birthday today (July 2), Adam posted a selection of photos of himself and Laura on Instagram, writing: “Happy birthday you rockstar x.”

The post received several comments from followers wishing Laura a happy birthday, with one writing: “Happy birthday Woodsy! Have a great day everyone buddy 👊🏼.”

“Happy birthday Laura. Adam she’s definitely a goalkeeper but a downer. She’s not a Toon (Newcastle) fan but a Gunner (Arsenal) fan,” added a second follower, with a third commenting: “Glad to see you happy. Happy birthday Laura ❤️.”

Adam, who became the first person to appear on two different seasons of Love Island, spoke last year about his desire to settle down after years of failed relationships and revealed that he almost got married at a young age.

“Call me old-fashioned, but I really feel like there’s someone I’m going to meet and say, ‘Yeah, I’m done.’ I really believe that,” he said. “I’m not going to lie: I’ve had this before, but I was too young. I’ll hopefully be able to be with someone again and really want to be with them all the time and be absolutely best friends.”

“Unfortunately, I haven’t found that yet. I’ve probably made a few mistakes, but I’ve had some cool experiences and I think I have my life more under control than some people my age, but I think you have to make mistakes to learn.”

Love Island will be broadcast on ITV2 and streamed on ITVX.
