The Lyons Book Club is hosting a conversation with a Colorado author on Thursday

The Lyons Book Club hosts a conversation with Colorado author Kristen Iversen on Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Lyons Regional Library, 451 Fourth Ave.

Iversen will speak about her book, “Full Body Burden,” which examines the impact of the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons facility near Denver. Iversen, a two-time Colorado Book Award winner, will close the event by taking questions from the audience and signing copies of her book.
