Release date for JoJo Siwa’s debut EP “Guilty Pleasure” announced

The self-proclaimed CMO of gay pop, JoJo Siwa, is ready to bring her fans even more music soon.

In a post on her Instagram on Sunday (June 30), Siwa announced that she would be releasing her debut EP titled Guilty pleasureon July 12 via Columbia Records. By sharing the album cover — which features the singer with a high ponytail, wraparound sunglasses, and jewels in the center of her face — Siwa gave her fans a sneak peek of what to expect from the new project.

“GET THE FUCK READY. GUILTY PLEASURE (song and official music video) IS COMING IN 13 DAYS,” she wrote. “It’s not that… In fact, 5 SONGS ARE COMING YOUR WAY IN 13 DAYS. GUILTY PLEASURE, my DEBUT EP, is out EVERYWHERE July 12th!!! The countdown has begun.”

Alongside the artwork, Siwa also revealed the official tracklist of her new EP. In addition to her viral single “Karma,” the project will also include songs titled “Guilty Pleasure,” “Balance Baby,” “Yesterday’s Tomorrow’s Today,” and “Choose Ur Fighter.” She also shared a small snippet of the project’s title track, with a dance beat in the background as she sings the words “I’m your guilty pleasure.”

The news comes just after a busy Pride season for the aspiring pop singer. Siwa has traveled across the country to perform at Pride festivals in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and other cities, making plenty of headlines along the way. During her performance at LA Pride in the Park, for example, Siwa took the time onstage to challenge an online troll who claimed she was a man, saying, “First of all, my penis is bigger than his and secondly, I’ve fucked more girls than him.”
