Better bar song – ‘Whiskey in the Jar’ vs. ‘Have a Drink On Me’

It’s time to make a toast, but do you do it to “Whiskey in the Jar” by Metallica or “Have a Drink on Me” by AC/DC? That’s right, we have two great bar songs and you have to choose one to toast to this week as part of Chuck’s Fight Club at Loudwire Nights.

Both classics will appeal to hard rock fans, but which is your favorite? Loudwire Nights host Chuck Armstrong will kick off the battle during the Loudwire Nights program on Monday at 8 p.m. Then on Tuesday at 8 p.m. he’ll really take the spotlight, arguing that Metallica’s Thin Lizzy cover “Whiskey in the Jar” is the classic bar song.

Then come back to Loudwire Nights on Wednesday at 8pm when AC/DC’s Back in black The good old hit “Have a Drink on Me” gets its due.
