BTS singer Jin’s first project after his discharge from the military confirmed! Here’s what we know

Jin, the oldest member of BTS, returned last month after completing his military service and seems ready to entertain his fans. The “Worldwide Handsome” singer will make his first appearance after being discharged from the military and it is said to be a variety project.

Jin performs in a variety show

If reports are to be believed, the popular K-pop star will reportedly appear in MBC’s adventure variety show “The Half Star Hotel in Lost Island.” According to a report from Star News, the “Astronaut” singer will appear in one episode as a guest worker. The show was reportedly filmed on an uninhabited island last month and is set to air soon.

In this outdoor reality show, an abandoned house on a deserted island is transformed into a hotel while several guests go on the journey. The goal is to provide guests with 5-star services in a sophisticated environment.

Jin confirmed filming of variety shows

On June 30, Jin shared with fans on idol fan community platform Weverse that he had been filming variety shows and asked ARMYs to wait a little longer for the final product. “I’m recording, filming variety shows, and continuing with the plans I made in the military. I want to perform frequently while focusing on my main job. Please wait a little longer for the results, which will be released in a few months,” the singer wrote.

The eldest BTS member is known for his adorable and charming personality. He has won the hearts of ARMYs in the BTS original variety show “Run BTS!” Besides, he has also appeared in shows such as “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator,” “The Running Man,” and “My Little Old Boy.”

BTS singer Jin recently returned from completing his military service. To mark the 11th anniversary of BTS’ debut, he held a personal fan event where he gave a thousand lucky fans a free hug. The singer also sang his hits and performed on Jungkook’s “Seven.”

Musically, Jin has been dropping hints about a new album for some time. “The Astronaut” was his last song released before he was drafted into the military. Coldplay co-wrote the song. If rumors are to be believed, another collaboration between Jin and Coldplay is on the horizon, as their upcoming album is titled “Moon Music” and Jin is affectionately known as “Moon” by his fans.
