Ms. Harpreet Ghumman was born, raised and educated in India before immigrating to America. After a stay in the San Francisco Bay Area, she and her husband settled in the village of Arroyo Grande, California.

In her professional career, Ms. Ghumman was responsible, among other things, for managing Oracle-based enterprise learning systems for more than 30,000 learners at Vodafone.

She leveraged her extensive experience developing and mentoring C-suite executives and leadership teams in various high-tech industries to create a successful industry consulting firm. Her clients include Harvard, Bank of America, Hilton, Unilever, Qualcomm, and the State of Washington, among others.

Harpreet has been recognized for her innovative solutions presented at various Harvard Business Publishing panels, and she has distilled her life’s lessons into a new book, Living & Loving Unapologetically – a powerful call to action for women like Ghumman who have the courage to forge their own path.
