Nigerian singer and biker Ebaide Joy embarks on a solo journey from Kenya to Lagos

Ebaide Joy is an Afro-beat singer and biker from Ubiaja in Esan East Local Government Area of ​​Edo State.

Ebaide, who moved to Kenya from Lagos, Nigeria a few years ago, has many internet users following her online because of her creativity and enthusiasm.

Looking for new experiences, Ebaide decided to try living in a van, an experience she found very fulfilling.

Motivated by a life-changing experience in her twenties, she continues to dedicate her life to freedom, seemingly showing courage.

On March 10, 2024, she began a journey that many have described as a testament to her determination and spirit of adventure.

After months of living out her dream of living in a van and at one point driving a tricycle for about ten weeks, Ebaide decided to fulfill her biker fantasy and set off alone on a journey from Mombasa (Kenya) to her motherland, Lagos (Nigeria).

The journey from Kenya to Lagos will be the first leg of her many travels, as Ebaide wants to gain further experiences from Nigeria to Morocco.

The aspiring singer and biker, who began her journey in Mombasa, will travel through Kenya, Uganda to Rwanda, Tanzania, Zambia, Namibia, Angola and Congo. From there, she plans to continue through Cameroon to Nigeria and reach Lagos via Calabar in Cross River State. She will cover over 90,000km and is expected to be on the road for over three months.
